Northshore Family Counseling Compensation
• Clinical Hours (time spent with client): Percentage
• Administrative Hours (team meetings): flat rate pay
• Wellness stipend
• W2 status for all employees

** Counselors at Northshore Family Counseling must have a niche(s) – children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, EFT – and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community as needed or appropriate. Candidate must be a team player, driven, collaborative, positive, and ability to enhance our fun.

Employee Opportunities

• W2 employee, flexible schedule, in-person and hybrid positions, etc.
• Current license in Louisiana (ie,. LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PLPC, PLMFT)
• Minimum schedule 3 days (8-hour days) or 4 days (6-hour days)
